3) Requesting a variance to permit 83 sq. ft., 5’4” bulletin board sign vs. 20 sq. ft., 5’ in height bulletin board sign permitted for quasi-public use in the R-2 zoning district; located at Northwood Elementary School, 2100 Creekview Drive.
