MEETING NOTICE

City Council’s Public Services Committee has scheduled a meeting for Monday, September 18, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 125 E. Sixth Street, in Council Chambers.

Purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following:

1. Replacement of heating/cooling unit for City Hall

2. East side traffic (including 5^th Street railroad crossing)

3. Rt. 31/Maple Street traffic/pedestrian patterns & safety

4. Update reservoir / Water Master Plan

5. 2006 Goals

§ Continue working on the traffic study

§ Continue working on the Town Run

§ Sidewalk maintenance discussion

§ Stormwater

§ Street paving

§ Water and sewer projects

§ Explore a comprehensive impact fee
