order at 6:30 pm.

were not discussed due to Page 4 missing.
It will be reviewed at the July or next meeting.
NEW
BUSINESS
Nelson Auto Lamborghini –
Watkins Road – filed by Donald Schofield & Associates, Inc., Architects for
Greg Nelson
Mr.
Nelson, owner, and Chris Vallette, Donald Schofield
Architects, had the following comments:

will be first new-built Lamborghini dealership in

business is exotic used cars – building is large to accommodate

50 new Lamborghini sales next year

Remaining
acreage between apartments and new dealership to be different dealership

Architecture
does not match the Chrysler dealership because they prefer more European black
granite look.

held concerning need for sidewalks along

signage is required to be approved by zoning inspector and be in compliance with
sign ordinance.
NOTE: COLORS FOR THIS FACILITY DIRECTED BY
LAMBORGHINI BUT ARE SEEN AS COMPATIBLE FOR THIS
INSTALLATION.

Kraus made a motion to approve the design for this project. The question put,
