CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION	Members:
		Carroll Ormeroid (*Chairman*), Barbara Bushong, Phyllis Gaskins,
	Terms:
		Members are appointed by the Mayor, with approval of Council, for six year overlapping terms.
	Responsibilities:
		To enforce the Civil Service laws and regulations applicable to the City. Prescribe, amend and enforce rules not inconsistent with the City Charter for the classification of positions in the Civil Service of this City; for the conduct of testing and disposition of appeals.
