The Division of Building & Grounds is responsible for maintaining all City parks, Oakdale Cemetery, the municipal pool, City Hall, and the public service center facilities.

The Division of Building & Grounds includes the superintendent, four fulltime groundskeepers, three part-time groundskeepers from May though October, two fulltime Cemetery Personnel, one fulltime individual at City Hall, and one part-time Cemetery clerk.
