The Division of Building & Grounds is responsible for maintaining all City parks, Oakdale Cemetery, the municipal pool, City Hall, and the public service center facilities.

The Division of Building & Grounds includes the superintendent, three fulltime groundskeepers and one volunteer Cemetery clerk.
