Installment Purchases:  Lots purchased by installments shall require an initial payment of $100.00 per gravesite, then $25.00 per gravesite per month until paid in full.  The purchaser may not place anything on the lot nor may interment be made until the lot is paid in full.  All accounts shall be kept current.  Any account not current within 60 days of notification shall have the purchase agreement forfeited.  If forfeited, a refund will be made for the amount paid less $50.00 and gravesite made available for resale to the public.  Please visit the cemetery office to purchase lots.

  Funerals scheduled for Saturday should arrive by 12:00noon.  Funerals arriving after 12:00noon will be charged an additional $50.00 for the first 15 minutes past 12:00noon and $25.00 every 15 minutes thereafter.
   
 

Foundations, Monuments & Markers

  All larger sizes (over 300 sq. in.) $0.35 per sq. in.
   
   
 

The length of monuments and markers shall not exceed three-fourths of the width of the lot upon which they are centered.  Monuments or markers shall not exceed 48 inches above the base.  Bases shall not exceed 12 inches in height.  Contact the cemetery office at (937) 642-4791 or e-mail oakdale@marysvilleohio.org with any questions regarding foundations, monuments, or markers.

There is no charge for foundations for Veterans markers, but the survivor or their funeral home is responsible for acquiring the marker.  Upon receipt of the marker, it will be installed at no charge.  Installation of Veteran markers will be made at the foot of the grave unless otherwise specified.
