Tax Amnesty Program

Photo of Income Tax papers

The City of Marysville has launched a tax amnesty program, which offers taxpayers (individuals and businesses) a onetime opportunity to file and pay delinquent returns and receive a substantial reduction in interest accrued. Any unfiled returns for individuals and businesses for tax years 2015 and older can be filed and included in the amnesty program. This program does not include tax returns already filed and does not include returns due for tax year 2016.

A taxpayer who wishes to participate in the amnesty program must file their completed return for all required tax periods for which the taxpayer previously has not filed by 5:00 pm on February 28, 2017. There will be no extensions and this is a onetime only offer.

Income tax return forms are available at City Hall, 209 S. Main St., Marysville, Ohio 43040. For additional information or to receive assistance preparing tax returns, contact the Income Tax Department at (937) 645-7350 (option 4), Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
