Hiring Process:
Marysville desires to hire the most qualified candidate based on
their knowledge, experience, skill, and ability. For Civil
Service Commission classified positions, the City of Marysville
reserves the right to test applicants to establish a prime list
for interviews and perhaps for further functional, medical, and
psychological testing. For non-classified, FLSA exempt
salary positions, we reserve the right to interview, and test to
select the best possible candidate. Meeting minimum
requirements of our job description and/or scoring well on the
Civil Service exam does not guarantee selection. |
