Visiting hours for the cemetery are 7:30am
until sunset everyday.

NOTICE
ALL GRAVE BLANKETS
MUST BE REMOVED BY MARCH 1ST, to prevent damage to the
grass. All other seasonal decorations must also be removed
by March 1st. Artificial flowers which are severely
weathered, or out of season, will be removed by cemetery
personnel, if still in place after March 1st. NO
PLANTING IS ALLOWED ON THE BACKSIDE OF MONUMENTS. Flowerbeds
can only be made the full width of the monument on the lot, at
the head of the grave only, and out a maximum of twelve (12)
inches from the monument toward the burial spaces. No
trees or shrubs shall be planted on lots or graves. If any
existing tree, shrub, or plant on any lot becomes detrimental or
injurious to adjacent lots, walks, avenues, or monuments, it
will be removed. No chairs, statues, artificial animals,
settees, jars, boxes, shells, toys, bottles, glass containers,
battery-operated or electrified devices, or any other
inappropriate items shall be placed on gravesites.
Temporary markers shall be allowed until a permanent monument or
marker is in place, however, a temporary marker shall not be
allowed for longer than one year under any conditions.
Cemetery personnel will remove all such articles that
violate the aforementioned rules. These items will be
stored for a period of four (4) months, and disposed of, if not
claimed during that time. Oakdale Cemetery reserves the
right to remove any or all floral designs, flowers, trees,
shrubs, or plants of any kind; wooden iron or steel cases; or
artificial animals, if they do not conform to cemetery
