The City of Marysville Parks & Recreation Division's Playground Program is a traditional program designed for neighborhood children to participate in organized activities with their friends.  The Playground Program is open for children in grades 1 thru 6.  This is not a babysitting service.  The children will be free to come and go as they please.  The playground program sign will be installed at each park designating that the program is either open or closed.  Parents, if you drop off your child make sure that the program is open.  In cases of bad weather, the program may close early or not open at all. 

The 2007 Summer Playground program will continue to be Monday through Friday the entire summer beginning Monday, June 11th and ending Friday, August 3rd.  Please note that the program will not be open on Wednesday, July 4th.

This year's Playground Program will be held in two locations, Eljer Park and Mill Valley Park - Central.  Mill Valley will be supervised from 9am to 12noon and Eljer Park will be supervised from 1pm to 4pm.  Both parks have public restrooms and drinking water for children's convenience.
