Director of Personnel and Services Brian Dostanko is the City's Risk Manager.  The City has two goals in this area:
 

1. Work to eliminate accidents and occurrences by increasing safety awareness throughout the City.  Approach:  Work with the City's Safety Action Team at monthly meetings to improve safety training methods, review incidents to prevent further occurrences, and continuously improve all safety measures.

2. Reduce the City's risk and/or liability to lawsuits and the like.  Approach:  Work with our insurance carrier (The Public Entities Pool of Ohio) to identify potential risks through training, sight inspections, and review of past incidents.
