INDUSTRIAL PARKWAY - COLUMBUS AVENUE SPEED LIMIT REDUCTION |
||
|
Beginning Thursday, September 6th the speed limit between Dunham Avenue and Scottslawn Road on Columbus Avenue and Industrial Parkway will be reduced to 35 miles per hour. This change will remain in effect until further notice and is being made as a safety measure for both motorists and construction crews working along this roadway. Work crews there have begun installation of the Trunk Intercepter Project (TIP) which is the gravity sewer line that will ultimately connect the current wastewater plant to Marysville's new Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). Construction along this stretch of street is expected to continue into summer 2008. We thank motorists for their patience during this construction period along this roadway. City administration will keep residents informed as work progresses. |
