The Utility office is responsible for billing and collection services for approximately 6,500 water, sewer and refuse accounts.  Payments are accepted at City Hall, 221 South Plum Street.

Utility customers are billed monthly after meters are read.  Payments can be made directly at the above address or dropped off at the overnight drop box at City Hall (Police Department entrance), 125 East 6th Street.  Please do not leave cash in the overnight drop box.

The Utility office accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for payment of utility bills.  These payments may be made in person or by placing a phone call to the Utility office (937) 642-6861.  We also provide utility customers the opportunity to have their monthly utility bill debited from their bank account (direct debit program).
