Potholes in public streets can be reported by contacting Public Service at publicservice@marysvilleohio.org or (937) 645-7350. If the potholes are located on private streets or drives or in private parking lots, the repairs are the responsibility of the property owner.

Who do I report a pothole to?
Potholes in public streets can be reported by contacting Public Service at publicservice@marysvilleohio.org or (937) 645-7350. If the potholes are located on private streets or drives or in private parking lots, the repairs are the responsibility of the property owner.

Who do I let know that a street light is out?
Street Light outages or street light issues can be reported by contacting Public Service at publicservice@marysvilleohio.org or (937) 645-7350. When contacting the City, please provide the following information (if possible):
The street address closest to pole
Your phone number
The pole number located on the street side of the pole. Please do not stop on city streets, freeway, or busy intersections as City crews can obtain pole numbers if you do not feel comfortable determining the number.
Let us know if the light is completely out, cycling on and off, constantly on or if there are other issues such as a broken globe.

Who do I contact to report a traffic light that does not change /or is not working?
Traffic light maintenance is handled by the City of Marysville. You can report issues with traffic lights by contacting Public Service at publicservice@marysvilleohio.org or (937) 645-7350. If the outage is creating a safety issue and it is not regular business hours or on a weekend, please call the Police Department at (937) 645-7300.

Who is responsible for removing dead animals?
Dead animals that are on the City streets or the portion of the highway (US 33) that is located within the City limits will be removed by the City. You can report the dead animal by
email
or by calling (937) 645-7350. Removal of animals that are located on private property are the responsibility of the property owner.
