Proposals will be publicly opened and read at the office of the City Manager, 209 South Main Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040 at 10:00 a.m., Local Time, on April 14, 2023 for the construction of:
City Hall Parking Lot
This project includes the construction of a parking lot expansion that serves the Marysville City Hall building. Site improvements will include demolition of the existing pavement, proposed pavement, parking striping, lighting, landscaping, and storm sewer.
The Bidding Documents are available online at www.bidexpress.com. The City has adopted the electronic bidding process in an effort to make the bidding process more efficient and cost effective for both the contractor and the City.
There will be a VIRTUAL Pre-Bid Meeting Wednesday, April 5 at 9:00 a.m. Following the Pre-Bid Meeting, prospective Bidders are encouraged to inspect the project area and existing facilities.
All formal bids shall be submitted using the electronic bidding process on Bid Express.
Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Further information provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guarantee.
